Depart from Nairobi and begin your adventure with a stop at Hell’s Gate National Park, where you can explore the park’s dramatic landscapes and enjoy outdoor activities. Continue to Lake Naivasha for a scenic boat ride across the lake, followed by a guided walk among wildlife on Crescent Island Game Sanctuary.

The journey then takes you to Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its diverse wildlife, flamingos, and beautiful Rift Valley scenery, where you can also enjoy a scenic hike and explore the park.

Your final stop is the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, where you will experience Maasai culture and enjoy thrilling game drives with the chance to spot the iconic Big Five in their natural habitat.

Itinery

Day 1 Nairobi — > Lake Nakuru

Depart Nairobi in the morning and head towards Hell’s Gate National Park for an exciting start to your adventure. Here, enjoy cycling through the park surrounded by wildlife, hike through the dramatic landscapes of Ol Njorowa Gorge, and experience the unique geothermal natural pools.

Lunch will be included, where we stop at a local buffet.

Afterwards, continue to the beautiful Lake Naivasha, where you will take a scenic boat ride across the lake spotting hippos, before visiting Crescent Island Game Sanctuary. Here, enjoy a guided walk among wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes in this peaceful sanctuary.

Later, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park where you will be dropped off at your accommodation to relax and unwind. Dinner will be served at your lodge or camp.

Day 2 Lake Nakuru Full Day

After breakfast, set out for a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park wildlife sightings.

Later, visit Baboon Cliff to take in the breathtaking panoramic views — a perfect spot for photos overlooking the lake and surrounding landscapes.

Return to your accommodation to relax and unwind, with dinner served at your lodge or camp.

Day 3 Lake Nakuru —> Maasai Mara

After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru National Park and enjoy a scenic drive through the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive at your chosen accommodation in Maasai Mara National Reserve for lunch and some time to relax.

Optional Activities – Afternoon Game Drive or short hike with panoramic views.

Dinner will be at your camp/lodge.

Day 4 Maasai Mara Full Day

With an early morning start, we head out into the vast plains of the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve for a full-day game drive. This is the perfect time to catch predators in action and maximise your chances of spotting the Big Five — lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, and buffalo — along with countless other wildlife species that call the Mara home.

During the day, you’ll also visit the famous Mara River, known for dramatic wildlife scenes during the migration season. Here, you’ll take a guided walk along the riverbanks, where you may spot hippos, crocodiles, and other animals drawn to the water.

We will also stop at the Kenya–Tanzania border marker inside the reserve, giving you the chance to stand at the point that separates Kenya from Tanzania — a great photo opportunity and a memorable highlight of the day.

At midday, enjoy a picnic lunch under the shade of a tree within the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness. After lunch, continue exploring the reserve before returning to camp in the evening, filled with unforgettable safari memories.

Dinner will be at your camp/lodge.

Day 5 Maasai Mara —> Nairobi

After breakfast, enjoy a final cultural visit to a traditional Maasai village. This is a wonderful opportunity to further embrace the local culture, interact with the Maasai community, learn about their daily life, traditional homes, dances, and customs, and purchase handmade crafts as souvenirs.

After the visit, we begin our scenic drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon with drop-off at your hotel or designated location.

As your 3-day safari comes to an end, you leave with unforgettable memories of wildlife encounters, breathtaking landscapes, and rich cultural experiences in the heart of Kenya.
